Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

We ship our products to all over United States and Canada.

How long does it take for the products to arrive?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, except for holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. However, once the products have been dispatched, their delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. As such, we cannot be held accountable for any delays that may occur during transit.

Which courier do we use to ship your items?

We are using USPS, UPS and DHL for all our shipping purposes. 

Shipment confirmation and tracking your order

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received your confirmation email in your regular inbox, make sure to check the spam folder. If you are still unable to find the tracking number, contact our support team by email here.

Incorrect shipping address?

Waqa isn’t responsible for incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package to the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Damages or Lost items 

Waqa is not responsible for any damage or lost items during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.
